Unicorn Dragon
My appolgies for being absent.  I'm am just going to show up out of the blue though and post things.

But I come back finding the coolest little program I've ever messed with. Its 9 dollars right now, and it does so much more than a 9 dollar program.  Its specifically geared for making pixel art, sprites, and tile sheets like you would make for old school games.  There is a free version that you can't animate in but its worth the 9 dollars and then some for what it does.

I'll be posting more sprites and maybe get back into some more full animation when I have the time.  This character was drawn roughly by my friend at work, and I just made him in pixel form :) he's really good at making cute drawings.

Side note, the main image is 6 times as large as I animated it.  The preview image is the real size.
I'm going to make a series on the actual process of animating, which I have already started here

Glad I stumbled upon your animations. It really drives me to know you don't need finished, detailed animations to show a good flow of actions. Thank you for doing what you're doing man! :)
